Have you been told your glass is too narrow to have a cat flap installed? Think again with our Narrow Glazing Conversion Kits. These allow for a cat flap to be installed into double-glazing as narrow as 21cm visible glass width. This kit contains a shorter double glazed sealed unit, pre-cut uPVC section for your choice of cat flap, thermally broken aluminium muntin bar, instructions on how to install and of course your chosen cat flap. To be able to order this kit we will require the information below in addition to the drop down menu choices:

  • Existing Double-Glazed Sealed unit Width mm [Please provide Tight WIDTH in mm i.e. Outer uPVC Bead Edge to opposite outer uPVC bead edge]
  • Existing Double-Glazed Sealed unit Height mm [Please provide Tight HEIGHT in mm i.e. Outer uPVC Bead Edge to opposite outer uPVC bead edge]
  • Argon Fill (Y/N)

Please note: Sundry materials which may be required to complete the installation such as sealant, glazing security tape, glazing packers, are not included with this kit. Only buy this kit if you are able to provide the information required above. Please provide us with the TIGHT SIZE measurements width x height in mm. You can obtain these measurements by measuring exactly from one outer bead edge to the opposite outer bead edge in millimetres, we will then deduct 10mm from this measurement to work out the appropriate glazing and uPVC sizes needed – Please contact us if you need advise on how to measure. Returns will not be accepted for customer miss-measures. Obscure Glass patterns are available, but cost extra please contact us if you have any query. The glass takes 8 working days to manufacture, after which we can then dispatch with our courier.
